We provide premium quality traditional home construction as well as residential concrete homes using custom precast engineered concrete panels which promise higher levels of energy efficiency, durability, longevity, and are mold, mildew, and pest resistant.
Our high performance concrete homes have an R-value greater than R-30 (in nearly all climates), hurricane ratings up to 140 mph, and fire-ratings of 3.5 hours. Concrete homes eliminate the need for siding or sheetrock, offer greater sound resistance, and limited moisture penetration.
Plus, our concrete homes are EPA Energy and LEED-certified.
Vaults
We offer vault systems, including modular vaults, vault doors, and custom prefabricated modular armories to government organizations. Our vault systems met the strict requirements of General Services Administration (GSA) and the Military Handbook 1013/1A for modular vaults, vault doors, and prefabricated modular armories.
Our vault systems are available in all sizes and configurations, including slab-on-grade MegaCrete solutions and are designed to secure weapons, ammunition, tactical gear, sensitive or classified documents, and evidence.
Each of our government grade vault systems must pass the Underwriters Laboratories (UL) testing before achieving Government Service Administration (GSA) certification. Our vaults also meet the comprehensive requirements of MIL-HDBK-1013/1A, section 5.4, for both Class A Maximum Protection and Class B Adequate Protection vaults and vault doors. Our Pre-Assembled Modular Vault Armory is the optimal choice for government agencies as it can be fully customized for security and a variety of unique applications.
Our vaults meet or exceed the following specifications:
- Federal Specification AA-V-2737 (applicable to all GSA Rated modular panel products -MegaCrete, MacroVault, and Lightweight Vault)
- Federal Specification AA-V-2940 (regarding preassembled modular armory products)
- Federal Specifications AA-D-600A and AA-D-600D (relevant to GSA Rated, Class 5 vault door, the Scimitar)
CI Real Estate also promises to meeting the Minimum Construction Requirements for modular vault construction as detailed in MIL-HDBK-1013/1A (section 5.4 - Class A Maximum Protection and Class B Adequate Protection vaults).
